We offer a 14 days return policy on our ready to ship units available on our website
To be eligible for a return, the item MUST be in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging.
N/B: custom made wigs are not eligible for a return because order was processed using clients specifications and head measurements.
Customers should ensure they measure their head circumference before purchasing a custom wig! Use the book me section on our Instagram page to book a free call if you don’t know how to measure.
SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.
Products cannot be exchanged, if you’ve placed a wrong order, kindly return the item to us and upon inspection we will notify you if it is eligible for a refund… then you can proceed to place your order again
Being a small business, we do not offer a free return. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items back should we reject your return for the above reasons
Refunds are processed 3-5 working days after a return has been received.
Original cost of shipping is not subject to a refund
Orders with bleached knots are not exchanged/refundable. We are not responsible for balding caused by bleached knots. Customers are advised to request bleached knots services with full knowledge of the impact eventually.
We are not responsible for damage to lace after the use of units. Customers must check that the lace of their unit is not damaged upon receipt. We are happy to replace damaged lace for a fee.
The product must not have been tried on or removed from the packaging
